The property was clean and staff was courteous. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Comprehensive breakfast to star a day with toast, fresh fruits, jams.

The hotel was spacious, and the meals were delightful, I enjoyed the unbeatable location adjacent to the falls, the town centre and the airport. Beautiful, individual room with powdered coffee, comfy pillows and an electronic safe. Staff was willing to help and kept it all tidy.

Everything was fine, the hotel is reasonably priced and tidy with exceptional services. Comfortable bed and well-appointed room. Very pleasant restaurants onsite. The vibe here was family. There was a nice garden.

My experience at this comfy hotel was VERY POSITIVE. Room was silent, bed was fine, staff was flexible. The English breakfast was free, that was my favourite part. Practical location to elephant's walk shopping and artist's village.

Worth its 3 stars. The breakfast was great and the pool was clean. A 15-minute walk will take you to Little Monkey, where you can eat.
